Our coaching staff have vast experience in football coaching and training, and working with young people to help them achieve their goals.

Emanuel Orobator – Co Founder, Director of Football (U18 – U23), Assistant Coach (U18 – U23)

Emanuel has been coaching for over 20 years and has extensive football experience at both grassroots and academy level. Emanuel has completed both the UEFA B and FA Youth Award, and plans to complete the UEFA A in the next two years. 

Ahmet Akdag – Co Founder, Director of Football (U9 – U16), Head Coach (U9 – U16)

Ahmet is a highly motivated, committed and ambitious UEFA A Licence Head Coach who has vast experience in coaching, developing and leading the performance of players and teams.
Ahmet is very passionate about helping players reach their potential by creating the right environment that will enable players to learn, develop as individuals and provide them with the key skills required to excel in all aspects of life. He has a proven track record for supporting the development of high profile players such as Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson.

Trevor Katande – U10 and U9 Coach

Trevor started volunteering his time as a coach in 2015 for a university module at Northampton Tigers FC, which sparked his interest to pursue further coaching opportunities in the future. After graduating in 2016, he moved back to London and joined Cre8 Football as a volunteer. During his time with Cre8, Trevor has been supported through both his FA level 1 and FA level 2 coaching awards and made a valuable contribution to Cre8’s community sessions, particularly ‘Super Saturdays’ where he planned and delivered sessions for children aged between 4 year and 13 years of age. At the start of the 2019/2020 season Trevor became the U9 Coach and played a key role in the development and progress of both the individual players and the team.
