Our U23’s Team and Development Programme primarily exists to offer players a progression pathway. We have a history of working with young players to support them to the professional and semi-professional playing ranks by offering them the opportunity to showcase their talents whilst networking with other professionals in the football industry.
We run weekly sessions to develop technique, understanding of the game, tactical awareness and fitness. We arrange regular fixtures against independent football academies, grassroots teams, development programmes and semi and professional teams.
